We are open from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturday by appointment. Special arrangements can be made to meet you anytime at your home or at our showroom.

In addition to providing a three-year labor warranty on all residential installations, we also honor all manufacturer warranties. We also provide a 90-day warranty on all service work and a 30-day warranty on all replacement parts.

We can do repairs on all makes and models of both doors and openers. We also maintain a large inventory of parts from manufacturers who are no longer in business. If your door only requires a tune-up, we have a number of different service options available – including a yearly, no-obligation maintenance program.

There are three important measurements that every garage door installer needs to know before repairing or quoting your garage door. The height, measured from the bottom of the door to the top of the door, and the width, measured from one end of the door to the other, give the specific size of your door. Just as important, the headroom, measured from the top of your opening to the ceiling, gives our technicians an idea of your specific needs as they relate to the operation of your garage door.

We maintain our own full-time staff of technicians to ensure that every job gets completed to our high standards of workmanship. We never use sub-contractors – we complete every job ourselves. This is a great benefit to you, the customer, who deserves the safety and security of knowing exactly who is working on your home.

It shows you, the homeowner, that we are an established, professional organization that has taken all the necessary steps to beomce a successful and dedicated business. Only one percent of all garage door companies in the United States are accredited IDEA dealers, and Installation Services is proud to say that we are one of them.

A garage door opening represents a large opening in your home’s thermal barrier. Insulated doors will help to reduce the amount of outside temperatures that enters your garage, thus reducing the amount of energy required to cool or heat your home. Insulated doors also reduce noise from the exterior of your home.

While we suggest a certified professional undertake any major repairs, there are some steps you can take to maintain your door. They are:

• Periodically lubricate your garage or overhead door track.
• Clean the frame’s weather stripping with vinyl cleaner and lubricate it once every other month with an appropriate product to keep the stripping pliable.
• Inspect the rollers every six months and replace any that are worn or broken, or call us and have us replace them.
• If you have painted door, periodically paint the exterior to help protect it from the elements.
